Adding the field 'File Index' to web page and contact sheet

Based on an earlier request in the forum, in version 1.90.3, the field 'File Index' is added to the SlideShow.

Is it possible to add the field 'File Index' to CREATE -> Web Page... and CREATE -> Contact Sheet... also?

Though the fields to be added are common, when a field is added to one, they are not automatically added to others also. Are they not sourced from the same master list? Just out of curiosity!
