filtering(high quality) on a picture in fullscreen

example:

Browser mode.. double click picture.. picture opens in fullscreen mode at 24% of original(in high quality filtering) but soon as I ctrl+mousewheel to zoom into/out of the image, no filtering is applied.

Can this be sorted out please..

Sorry but i can't reproduce this one...

Perhaps it's related to the size of the image? It seems strange that the image would start out at just 24% zoom unless it's a huge image or your screen resolution is very low.
