1.90.3 "Fit over" resize doesnt work when H>W

In the batch resize, the "Fit over" option doesnt seems to work when the resize height is greater than the resize width:

I.e. resizing all to be at least (over) 128W x 160H:
- 'portrait' pictures (H>W): no problem
- 'landscape' pics (W<H): behaves as "Fit in", the pic becomes 128 wide as well..

A fix would be cool ;)

If you don't enabled 'fit over', it works. 'Fit over' take the greater side to make the resize, perhaps the label 'Fit over' is not good....
