[OK] Mini 'zoom button' bug

Post by Dreamer »

If I click to 'original zoom' button in viewer, auto image size info (at button, too) remains and doesn't change to 'No fit', it's little bit confusing...

It took me a bit too understand what you mean. In Options / Toolbar / Buttons displayed you have set the "Orginal zoom" button to be displayed in the toolbar. The 'Original zoom' button in the toolbar is quite handy, since you can set the image to original zoom with on click. Also the button comes with a drop down menu for selecting one of the auto image sizes.

And this is what is a bit confusing, one is tempted to think that the button should set the image to original size AND change the auto image size to "No fit" when pressing. Perhaps it would be a bit more intuitive if the toolbar button worked like that, but I wonder whether this behaviour would be really useful and helpful:
Whenever changing zoom to original size you also loose your auto image size setting.

So even if this is not 100% intuitive, I think it is handy and should be kept like this.

Maybe misunderstanding...

1 I set "Fit image to window, all"
2 I click on "Original zoom" button
3 I want to change zoom back to "Fit image to window, all" in drop down menu but it's already checked so it looks it's not possible and this is confusing...

It's just mini bug of course and not important for me, but for some other (new) users...

I see what you mean, this is a :bugconfirmed:
The "Auto-Size Image" does not update itself after switching to "original zoom" after "fit image to window"
This occurs not only on the toolbar dropdown button but also on the View menu as well.
