shortcut for 90° left lossless rotation does not work

The shortcut Tools -> JPEG lossles transformations -> Rotate 90° left (Ctrl+Shift+L) does not work.

The function works if you call it from the menu and the shortcut for Rotate 90° right (Ctrl+Shift+R) also works but the one for rotate left doesn't.

OS: WinXP SP2
Version XNView: 1.90.3

Can't confirm. It might be some program using global shortcuts, try to close all programs one by one.
