Hi there,
I do have a problem with the Exif Tag "Focal Length" for compact cameras like a Pentax A30 or Canon S30 when shown in XnView.
The focal length will always be shown with several digits after the dot, i. e. 38mm is shown as 37,999345mm. For my DSLR (Pentax K100D) it is always displayed correct without any digits after the dot.
It seems as if the field Focal Length in XnView is not just displayed but somehow calculated. I changed the field manually by just writing in "99" but XnView displayes it as "99.000099". All other programs I tried (i. e. Exiftool) display it correctly as "99".
Any suggestions? It is rather anoying since it takes a lot of space in my thumbnail display.
