Trim the announcements

With all the outdated announcement threads about previous releases, in addition to the stickied threads, it's getting so that you have to scroll 3 pages to get to the live threads. They could be converted to regular threads if there's still any useful convos in them, although since they're about out of date versions, that's unlikely. Also, that sage thumbnails sticky thread really belongs in the misc section instead of the general support one, since it doesn't have anything to do with xnview.
Trimming the outdated announcement threads and moving that sage thumbnails thread would be a big improvement to the forum.

Just my 20 cents worth (2 cents worth no longer applies, not with current inflation rates).

I agree, there are too many announcements at the moment. I think there should be one XnView version announcement at a time. In the latest upate announcement the info of minor updates might be included.

With the Sage Thumbs topic I'm not so sure. Sage Thumbs is based on XnView and very related and integrated with it.
