shell extension 64 bit install error code 193

i didn´t find an answer to the installing error at shell extensions for 64 bit.

load library failed... code 193... is not a valid win32 app....

this error is often reported like here...

coul´d you please read in and give a short kick, if this a installation bug, or if there is a workaround...
