Date to picture

My Sony DSC T-100 camera does not add date to pictures. Is it possible to add dates automatically in XnView to my pictures in PC and in printing.

You means adding date in EXIF?

You means adding date in EXIF?

The date exists in EXIF but how to get it visible in prints??
I am quite a novice in these matters.

Thanks for good advice. I think that i am proceeding!!!
Tell more how to get the date inprinted into the photo itself. Now it becomes outside the photo area. Aim is to get date printing to bottom right corner to all photos to be printed in my own printer and also when ordering papet prints via net.

Is there an Exif info icon next to the thumbnails when you browse the original photos?

There is no exif data to be seen next to the thumbnails bu all exif data is available when opening the properties section.
Also I found date information sections but was not able to get the date information into the photos yet...

Jusa, it seems as if the Exif data is missing in your photos.
At DCRP I found an unmodified photo taken with a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T100:

Thanks for all advices. So far I have succeeded only in getting the date stamp outside the photo in prints. Is there any tip how to insert the date stamp into the photo itself and further more to get date stamps in all photos in certain file at one time with this XNview.
