hello guys,
i´m looking for preferences.
If i double click a picture file (in email or windows explorer, it doesn´t matter) xnview starts in a view which i don´t want.
A picture is open in the front (not really the picture, which i selected, but the first pic in the same folder). The main window is in the back, only viewable in the taskbar.
Whick tick(s) i have to do, that i can see the selected picture in the Front with the same view if i start xnview first and then select a picture in the browser. In this view i can cut or rotate the picture or whatever.
Thank´s for your help.
Kind Regards
Marko

hello, xnview wrote:So if i understand, when you dbl-click on a file (windows explorer), you have a black screen?
no, that´s not right. If i dbl-click on an file then xnview is opened in a pic, but not really the right one ....
For example: There are 10 pics in a Folder A.jpg till J.jpg. If i dbl-click on D.jpg for example then xnview starts with A.jpg from same folder and i only can click on the opened pic, then xnview is switch to the next in the row (B.jpg).
This properties i have on several workstations in the local network., but not at all. I try to compare the preferences but can´t find the difference.

Thanks for help
regards
