units selector in printing dialog still broken (1.91.2)

If you select Layout in the printing dialog you can enter sizes of the to be printed picture, measured in cm or inch. But the dialog doesn't remember which unit it was using! Example: Enter any two numbers for height and width, then select inch, select inch again, and again ... every time the numbers are converted into inch as if they're are still in cm. Vice versa!
