Minor background color issues

Minor mostly because people won't see them unless they open up the .ini or registry. :p

First, in the 1.91 series, ColorFilterX settings aren't being recreated in the ini. I junked all my colors to reset them after I started testing, and only the BColorFilterX settings reappeared. Or are these supposed to be extra-hidden options, since everything defaults to black anyway?

Second, I tried guessing, but the code for jpeg-2000 eludes me. BColorFilter26 is autocreated with "jp2, 237 237 202", but either jp2 isn't actually registered or it's under another name, and j2k, jpeg2000, etc don't work either. The icon color is always the default to matter what triples I enter. (I realized you must have an internal mapping when I noticed jpeg & jpg have the same entry. :p) If you could let me know what value to use, or check on it, I'd be grateful.

• I had also some issues when updating to 1.91.2 (by hand, from the ZIP, as usual).
- A large part of my settings - especially the ones as INI entries - have been overwritten,
and the BG-colours not restored. Fortunately, I had them IN THE MANUAL, from which I could copy them…
- Note : That topic of the Manual has to be updated a bit, we'll do it a.s.a.p.

• Globally, it seems that there's an issue in the INI writing for that version,
browsing the forum I noticed other problems in the same painting…

If you use the Lurawave plugin, you must replace jp2 by lwfjp2
