Categories and images in archives broken

I notice that the latest version (1.91.3) with the default plugin pack does not work well when categorizing images in ZIP files.

An image inside a zip shows up as <filename><filename> (no separator) when browsing the category/rating. Clicking on the item there shows nothing.

Possibly unrelated, I noticed that images within ZIP files have an incorrect icon in details view. It shows as a folder icon instead of the normal file-type icon.

This has worked better in the past, but I'm not sure if I had different archive plugins then.
