Slide Show with music

Hallo,

i create a slide show with music. Then i want to create a video cd from this slide show. How can i do this, whitout buying nero.

I'll add a plugin to create a VCD/SVCD from slideshow

But SVCD is MPEG2 isn't it? And MPEG2 is not free. :?

BTW What about AVI - ability to select installed codec (Xvid, DivX...). Most/all new DVD players support it and it's (much) better than MPEG1/VCD.

I thought SVCD is MPEG1 video with MPEG2 audio?

Hmm... Wiki says MPEG2 video and MPEG1 audio.
