GIF troubles

Good day!

There is some strange thing with saving screenshots to .gif

When I insert picture (screenshot saved to gif) from file into Microsoft Word document, it becomes flat. Size changes, for example, from 15x16 to 35x9.
I have checked other graphics software and MS Office versions, only XnView saves such gifs.
XnView for Windows Version 1.91.4, Libformat Version 4.81

May be useful: in windows explorer right click on saved gif, Properties, Summary tab, choose Advanced view. Here is Horizontal Resolution 384 dpi and Vertical Resolution 96 dpi.
