Hi,

Are you planning to add support for the Canon CR2 RAW format?

Thanks

Hi Pierre,

I have put a sample on my website and sent you a private message with the URL.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for XnView. It is an awesome tool and fits my needs perfectly (apart from Canon 20D CR2 support :) ). I'll gladly buy a license (even though I only use it for non-commercial purposes) if support can be added.

I'm surprised it is not as well known as some of the alternatives that are - quite frankly - inferior. I'll do my part to spread the word.

Thanks

Pierre,

I forgot to mention that other programs e.g. BreezeBrowser, IrfanView, IMatch etc. require Canon's EOS Viewer or Digital Photo Pro. to be installed (or they re-distribute the required Canon dll's) in order to support 20D CR2 RAW. If XnView had the same requirement, that would be fine with me.

I second this. It would be great to have access to CR2 in XnView.

Hi, i have found this:
Canon publishes an SDK for developing applications that develop RAW files. You have to register with Canon (free) to get access to the download area.

If you are in Europe, use:

Canon SDK Europe
