Pane collapsing bug

Post by ilgaspa »

VERSION: 1.91.4
OS: Windows XP Professional SP2

Collapsed panes aren't restored correctly when closing/opening xnview

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set layout to third option (treebar on the left, proprieties under the treebar , thumbs on the right)
2. Collapse the whole sidebar (treebar + proprieties) by clicking the little arrow pointing left
3. Close XnView
4. Open XnView
5. Everything seems alright (the panes are still collapsed as they should be) but pressing the little arrow to restore them does nothing

BUG-IN-THE-BUG ( ;-) )
6. Force the opening of the side panel by pressing CTRL+ALT+F
7. The side pane is opened again, but with wrong dimensions (not the one it had at step 1

BUG-IN-THE-BUG 2
8. At this point, the proprieties pane is collapsed to the bottom of the screen, yet we never collapsed it and it shouldn't be

This has been a nagging issue for Layout #7 since it's inception.

Well, at least I know it's not only my problem :) Is there any known workaround?
