function "Rating & Color Label" in 1.91

Hi!
I can't use the function "Rating & Color Label".
Reviews ignores drag'n'drop and Ctrl-numpad.
The categories are working.
I tried a re-installation, it worked then.
So I must have a problem in mein xnview.ini.
Exchanged them and the problem occurs only with the old one.

But I don't want to lose all my settings.
May i post my ini?

Check the following options: Browser>Thumbnails>Icon Info>Database Info>[x]Rating & [x]Colour Label
(With luck, you can continue using your old settings).

It's greyed out but marked.
