JPEG resize/export to web example

i know this might be fairly straight forward to realise after reading documentation/api comments.

just looking for some example code in C/C++ or ASM, which takes a JPEG, resizes it and then reduces the size suitable for web.

any code examples in mentioned languages would be great.
