Use the Mezich Skin as default

Whatever the default is ... i would be happy not to have the Phoenity Small removed ...

The author of phoenity doesn't support anymore his toolbar.
So i think that i'll keep:
Default, mezich (of course), and gnome toolbar in the package. All others toolbars will be available as a separate zip. The toolbar package don't change often...

I think also Crystal Project should be included in the package, it's the only "Vista-like" skin.

I think that keeping

a) Default (As Pierre said)
b) Mezich (")
c) Gnome (")
d) Crystal Project (As Dreamer said)

would be ideal.

And make Mezich the default ASAP
