1.91.5: Lost Progress Bars!

In both XnView 1.91.4 and 1.91.5 pre-release, the progress bars for "Copy To" and "Move To" actions are missing!

Without them it's difficult to know weather or not that action has been performed.

- I checked in TC : The file is copied alright where it should, though…

I hope we can get this addressed before 1.91.5 goes public.

Even if it was the same, it's time for it to be improved.

No change in v1.91.5
