Changing file size

I'm trying to download photos and it's telling me that my files are too big and retry using this software. How do i change the file size so that i can uplaod the photos (the largest size it accepts is 600K)

You can resave your picture by changing the output jpeg quality

And you can resize the photos so they get smaller. Open an image and press shift+s to resize. Then save as a new file, jpg for instance.
