About the Languages in Shell Extension...

...I don't want them. Just trying to keep my computer interface clean and uncluttered, ya know? Which is why I like the Shell Extension in the first place... quick access to thumbnails and file info and whatnot. But I downloaded the complete version of XnView, which comes with 8 other language options in the Shell Options Tab, and I'd rather them not be there at all, seeing as I'll only ever be using English. Is there a way to get rid of these?
