24 hour timestamp change indicator

Post by marsh »

If I add 13 minutes using timestamp function, the indicators read:
[File modified date]
[+] [0]days [12:13:00]

The function works, but I think the display should read:
[+] [0]days [00:13:00]

An hour indicator ranging from 0 to 23 would more closely resemble the displayed results.

In the +hour/minutes/seconds input, the hour scale goes from 1-12. I'm adding only 13 minutes. Using AM/PM is confusing when adding/subtracting a certain number of hours or minutes. So, I think changing the range to 0-23 hours would be much clearer (as is used in the ini file itself).

With Linux + Wine (which I know isn't appropriate for much testing), the numbers displayed go from 1-12 twice ( 0, 13+) isn't shown. 00 or 20 is rejected as keyboard input when hours are highlighted.
