Minimal version: a bit confused

On the XNview download page (http://pagesperso-orange.fr/pierre.g/xn ... win32.html) for the Minimal version, when I try to download the Zip file (w/o installer) thru either Server in service, I end up trying to download 2.5Mb instead of 1.0Mb as mentionned (download I cancelled). Any idea if this is normal? BTW the *.exe download is also over 2.0Mb...
