pngout.exe

Post by Thane »

The version of pngout.exe presently being used triggers a false positive (Generic Trojan) in a number of AV programs. The current version from Ken Silverman does not have this problem. Might it be possible include this version in your package?

Thanks for an outstanding program!

I know it's a false positive, but it draws 4 or 5 hits on virustotal.com and it gets consistently blocked by Trend Micro. The newer release I referred to doesn't have any problem. Certainly, if I used it (I don't) it is easy enough to download the new version and drop it in the addons directory. Just thought I would mention it in case others saw it and were concerned.
