Ability to use free Picasa Templates as WebTemplate

Post by ilgaspa »

On the net are available some great and free flash based picasa templates: some of them are available at these sites

http://www.paulvanroekel.nl/picasa/
http://www.futureofmemories.com/templates/

these are really great, the best galleries I've ever seen, and more are available on other sites... the problem is they're made for picasa :( you think it would be possible adapting XnView so that it accepts also these kind of gallery templates? I know it already has it's format, but there are really A LOT of picasa templates on the net, and being able to use them inside xnview would be awsome :) Moreover the format seems to be simple so it shouldn't be too hard to do :) What do you think?

Great! :) Thanks ^_^
From what I saw, it seems that each template become a gallery simply by filling the included XML file with the list of the photos, so the process should be something like creating the correct sized images and fill the xml... however I'm not an expert so I don't know if I got it right :)
