Thumbnail label: <Modified Date [m/d/Y H:M:S]> not wor

Thumbnail label: I wanted to show modified date/time AND seconds. But the code <Modified> only works for image files and not other files/folders. Can this be fixed so that it works for other files/folders, too? Thanks.
