Cannot create IPTC metadata for RAF and CR2 files

Cannot create IPTC meta data for RAF and CR2 files.
A have bunch of raw files from Canon and Fuji, but cannot create meta data description to any of them using XnView. Looks like it not supported or I'm doing something wrong. My version is 1.93.1

XnView can only write IPTC in jpeg
