Find similar files

I use "Find similar files" tool to search for pics that have different names, but are equal.
But when the XnView shows me the 2 pics that are the same, only one of the pics are selectable to delete.
Why?
Why can't I choose the picture that I want to delete?

You can delete the reference or the others files

How comes that in my popup menu the only choice is to delete both?

[Delete reference+selected file]

Apart from that the whole dialog box does not tell me what the reference is. The left pic? Or the right one?

I complained about this before and I gladly repeat it here. The intuitve way is to let the user select the left or the right pic and then hit del. That simple.
