B1: Minor - Shell Ex. - Convert dialog - Tab key order

Tab key order in the Shell Extension - Convert dialog is wrong, after [Settings] "[...]" button is focused instead of "[ ] Resize".

XnView 1.93.6 beta 1, Windows XP SP2.
