Mouse Copy/move/delete Folders in Tree Pane

Is it possible to allow folders in the tree pane to be moved with left mouse button clicking/dragging.

Select it like normal but instead of letting go, drag the folder somewhere else and drop it into a new directory to move it. I know I can right click and rename or delete. Those are helpful, but the dragging is much more effecient to me for moving or copying if you allow right mouse button dragging.
