When you use resize to change the size of an image, then you load up a new image and go to resize again the previous size data is in the box not the actual image size date.
e.g.
load image 1024x768
resize to 640x480
save image
close image
load new image 1024x768
open resize and it says image is 640x480
Resize sticks on last setting
