New menu-icon for Paint.dll

To start the Paint-function I have to click "Filter - Paint". Is it possible to add a button to the menu?

• Forging ahead, please could you give us commands for tool-bar buttons allowing to call all “dynamic tools” ?
- I mean also F T P, PngOut etc., available in “View” and “Browser” modes, of course. Anyway, all useful as buttons…

• Temporarily, that could solve the issue of the vanishing dynamic menu entries when correcting language DLLs… TIA !

• That should do, but just as long as we have to suffer DLLs for the languages… :x
