The docs say that XnView can read (not write) the "Microsoft Image Composer"-format .mic
I have a couple of old images that came with an ancient Frontpage version. When I browse them in XnView I have several problems:
a) they are filtered when "View > Filter by" is set to "Images" so they are not recognized as images
b) I can only see the thumb while the preview shows some binary code
c) it's not possible to convert them into another format
Any ideas?

The MIC format is proprietary.Crysler wrote:Do you know if there's any other freeware or trialware that can access the whole picture?
ThumbsPlus v3.0g “loads these files as a single image (all layers are combined)”.
- ThumbsPlus v4.50: MIC: Microsoft Image Composer
- ThumbsPlus v7: Supported File Formats
