I didn't put this in the error list, because I'm not sure if some of those things are done this way by design. The following specs are the same for all problems:
- Vista x64, with Aero active
- XnView starts in Fullscreen
- Option "start only one instance" set
1. If I start XnView from the commandline with a picture as parameter the call returns at once. When I put the exactly same command in a *.bat file the execution of the script is halted until I close XnView. This is more mysterious because I don't know a way how a programm could know a difference between the two.
2. If I start XnView with a picture as parameter this picture is shown fullscreen (as it should). This works fine from Commandline or a software who starts XnView via the Shell command. If I want to do this again (with XnView still open) the first picture is still shown. XnView pops to front but doesn't change the picture. If I disable the "start only one instance" option this works but I have a lot of instances running after a while. Surprisingly the Vista WindowManager (Flip3D) shows the next file in its preview but XnView does not. When I close the first picture with "ESC" the second on is shown and I have to press "ESC" again to close this as well. When I try to show more than two pictures this way the first one never changes and the picture in the background changes. Even then pressing "ESC" twice closes XnView.
