Hi,
I've been using XnView for a long time, and now I decided to ask for help.
When I'm printing transparent GIFs or PNG files, the transparent color is not the one I've choosen on Options > View > Background-Color.
It prints the transparent parts always as black, and I have not found any option for overriding it (to a more toner-saver color, eg. white).
Can anybody point me where to set that, or shall we make use of View.BackgroundColor when printing?
Thanks for any response.

Thanks Pierre for answering me.xnview wrote:Currenlty xnview doesn't use View back color to print
Do you plan to have an option for this?

Perhaps it will be better to have own background color for print??tsandor wrote:Do you plan to have an option for this?xnview wrote:Currenlty xnview doesn't use View back color to print
Pierre.

Re: printing transparent images
+1 for ink-saving
Re: printing transparent images
I have faced the same problem: when printing GIF image with transparency, the transparency is printed as black. Would it be more logical to have it white? (as paper is usually white).xnview wrote:Currenlty xnview doesn't use View back color to print
P.S. The same issue was mentioned here.
