Mouse Wheel set to "Zoom" suggestion (DONE)

Currently if you set the Mouse Wheel preference to "Zoom", you can't "Scroll up/down" with the CTRL modifier.

Wouldn't this make sense? Because if the Mouse Wheel is set to "Scroll up/down", you can "Zoom" with the CTRL modifier!

+1. Makes sense to me. (Makes the setting work in a symmetric way).
