Extended Nikon EXIF attributes?
Hi,
As a photographer, it would be handy for XnView to support the Nikon MakerNote EXIF field - Nikon cameras store ISO and other attributes in the MakerNote, despite standard fields being available for them to use. Here is a little more information:

Thanks

I am interested too in this problem. How can I attach a sample Casio EX-Z55 photo? Or how should I send it?xnview wrote:Could you send me a sample with EXIF, please?aardvarko wrote:As a photographer, it would be handy for XnView to support the Nikon MakerNote EXIF field - Nikon cameras store ISO and other attributes in the MakerNote, despite standard fields being available for them to use. Hi!!
first of all I want to say that XnView is the best program to organize documents!!Really....!!
About this problem, I think that these fields (variables from camera to camera) are the most important of all the EXIF's fields.
Infact with them we can know how the photo was realized.
Now, i have read, here, all about this question and I havn't understood HOW i can view this particular fields for example into the fullscreen.
I need help... some examples...
I have tried write in "view Information" with:
Exif.Panasonic.TravelDay
<TravelDay>
<0x0036>
but..nothing..
Sorry, I have forgotten to say that i have the PANASONIC-TZ2.
I could to list some fields...
-TravelDay
-SelfTimer
-ShootingMode
-SceneMode
-....
Thanks for whichever tipe of help...
.... and i'm sorry for my ignorance...
