1.93.6 Footer on multi-image printout still incorrect

I sent in this bug report for 1.92 many months ago. As the bug is still in, here's e maybe more telling description:

- in browser, highlight many images
- file -> print
- select miniature view
- select a large number of images per page (e.g. 9 rows, 6 columns, 0.1 cm spacing)
- use small borders (left/right 1 cm, top/bottom 0.5 cm)
- include image headings such as

<Filename>
<Size> kB
<Width>x<Height>x<Bpp>
<Focal>mm, f<F>, <Exposure>s

- check Footer and enter some text
- print
