IPTC-Dialogue: Keep original date/time attributes

Using a TIF, the option "Keep original date/time attributes" is disabled (greyed out and activated).

A bug or a feature?

Edit: It is disabled when I start the IPTC-dialogue in Viewer Mode. In Browser Mode it is enabled.
