Multipage-Changes not saved when going to different page

Post by dk »

In a multipage Tiff, when you make a change while in edit fullscreen to a page (ie. add watermark or txt, etc), and then goto the next page, the changes you made to the previous page are not saved .

:) Hello !

• IIRC, you can save only the first page of a multipage file, saving others¦all is not supported…

hello!

it looks like you can save any page of a multipage (.tiff) while in fullview edit mode, but that one page will overwrite the entire original multipage file. if you make annotations or add txt, and then simply goto the next frame, it will prompt to save, but again, will only save that one frame.

for now, if you wanted to add an anotation to frame 1 on a 6 page multiframe and keep the other 5 pages intact, you'd have to break it apart (extract) first into individual files, make the annotation on the 1st page, save it, then make it into a multipager again, which is somewhat cumbersome.

altho now that i think about it, this is not so much a bug as it is a feature request...
