Way to click and drag pics between Favourites?

when in browser in the folder tab, you're able to click and drag pics between folders, but when in favorites, you cannot do that (when adding favorites based on folders). you can do ctrl+x and then ctrl+v between favorite folders to achieve same effect, but i bring it up because the behavior is not the same.
