Framewise Next & Previous in Videos

I have the feeling that I've suggested this before but I cannot find it.

Picking a specific frame
The quality of videos of digital cameras gets better and better. And one can even make a small photographic print of a specific frame (for posters the quality is not sufficient).

I suggest a "Next frame" and "Previous frame" for framewise stepping. This would allow for finding the best frame to extract from the video.
