Format: STCI/STI (SirTech Crazy Image)

I would like to request that support (either natively by Pierre or as a plugin by someone else) be added for the *.STCI/*.STI (SirTech Crazy Image) format.

The format is used in games developed by the company SirTech, such as the Jagged Alliance series. A pretty sizeable community can be found here:

The source code for one the more popular games by this developer was released several years ago, so the modding community is quite large.
