When simply clicking my .nef thumbnails, I get the indication in the lower info bar: 3008 * 2000 * 48 resolution.
Upon opening the .nef, real resolution in the same info bar is 3039 * 2014 * 24
is this EXIF vs real resolution indication or a bug?
The resolution SHOULD be 3008* 2000 as it is in other image viewing software

Yes on some RAW the information extracted can be different after reading it
