File dates: Show seconds & AM/PM?

Post by ghost zero »

For file dates, how about show seconds & AM/PM? This will help when changing or matching timestamps between files.

:) Hello !
For file dates, how about show seconds & AM/PM? …
• That US' time pattern means nothing for the non-Usians users… :| We use the 24 hours format.
• Seconds are room-consuming too in the lists…
- But if optional, I'm not against. This can be got from Windows too, it's done currently.
• In example, in Total Commander one can choose either the international (legal here) 24 hours format
(current Windows local pattern), or the US' one (but not the seconds, too cumbersome in the columns of a file manager).

would still like to see optional seconds display in all timestamps. helps changing timestamps be more accurate for files that are seconds apart...
