Option to lock frame sizes in browser?

How about add an option to lock frame sizes in browser? So that they can't be accidently dragged and resized?

I like this suggestion, another way is to save the window sizes, positions and frame sizes, but allow to change it anytime and restore the saved values on the next start, perhaps even better (because sometimes is needed to resize something...)?
