XMP commands inactive and not available

XMP is only updated if XMP is in the file, not as companion

So, where is this xmp.dll? I've searched everywhere!

Hey Cowboy :) ,

you'll get the xmp.dll when you install the XNView "complete version" including plugins and add-onns,, listed below the regular download section of XNVIEW
