How To Remove Windows Bar?

I have XnView maximized, but the uppermost Windows bar displays 'XnView Deluxe Edition'. I *do not* wish to go full screen and would rather have XnView view as much screen real estate as possible minus the bar. How to accomplish w/o going full screen?

The upper most windows bar is the title bar of the window. In XnView and XnView DeLuxe the title bar cannot be switched off (unless using full screen).
